Matthew DeLuca
Owner of DeLuca Home Design & Improvement
Matt's background consists of customer facing roles. He spent his 20 years after college in high-tech, selling hardware/software solutions for data protection, business intelligence, storage and eDiscovery.
Matt began his home improvement work on his own homes and moved into the industry in 2014, focusing predominantly on outdoor masonry improvements. That focus has expanded to outdoor living spaces, structural solutions and interior design/renovations.
Matt has a BS in Engineering Physics from Cornell University and an MBA in Management & Finance from Columbia University.
Matt also volunteers as the treasurer for the Glen Ridge Athletic Association, the local youth sports group in his home town. He and his wife, Marlene, have 3 children and have been living in Glen Ridge since 2003.
